Add smooth flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and cocoa powder to the bowl, all according to the exact amounts listed above in the list of ingredients, then mix well with a whisk.
Add lemon juice, eggs, milk and water. Stir again and let the mixture stand for ten minutes.
Adjust the temperature so that it is not too strong and yet not too weak. Coat the pan with very, very little oil, literally a few drops. Pour a little mixture and bake for a little less than a minute, turn the pancake and continue for another half a minute.
