"This recipe has been updated to improve your cooking experience (January 2024). The best banana bread I've ever eaten! I want to share a very special recipe with you. There are few recipes from our community with as many different variations as this wonderfully simple fruit cake. But which one is the best? This one. The recipe comes from a talented friend from Detroit who has perfected this dish. It's best with overripe bananas, so it’s a great way to make use of leftover bananas that have turned brown. Give it a try!"
