milk

vegetable oil

Mashed banana
egg

sugar
tsp
baking powder
tsp
ground nutmeg

blueberry

  • Step 1/3

    1. Heat oven to 400 degrees and grease bottom only of a 12 piece cup cake pan or use cupcake liners.

  • Step 2/3

    2. Beat milk oil and banana, then add the rest of the ingredients except for the blueberries untill flower is moistened. Now fold in your blueberries being careful not to overmix. Evenly divide the batter into the cupcake pans, and if disired sprinkle sugar on the top of each muffins.

  • Step 3/3

    3. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or untill disired doneness. Make sure to take muffins out of the pan immediately. Enjoy!
