Beat butter and confectioner sugar for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
Add sifted flour with cornflour and mix until well blended.
Preheat oven to 180C and prepare two medium baking sheets.
Pipe a dollop of mixture using a star tip. Put on a chocolate chip on top of each cookie. Chill in the fridge for 5 minutes before baking. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
