Step 1/ 5
- 30 g chocolate bars
- 6⅔ g butter
- saucepan
In a saucepan, melt together the chocolate bar and butter. Then leave it aside until cooled.
Step 2/ 5
- 16⅔ g sugar
- ⅓ eggs
- 2½ g vanilla sugar
- bowl
- whisk
When your chocolate is fully cooled, preheat the oven at 180°C (350°F). In a large bowl, mix together the sugar and the eggs, until pale. Then add the vanilla sugar.
Step 3/ 5
Now that everything is mixed, add the melted chocolate and mix.
Step 4/ 5
- 8⅓ g flour
- 16⅔ g chocolate chips
Then carefully add the flour, and the chocolate chips. You will have more of a brownie texture, not a cookie one.
Step 5/ 5
- 2½ g chopped almonds
- baking sheet
- spoon
Your mixture is now ready, prepare your baking sheet. You won’t be able to form little balls so use spoons, and form circles. (the space between them should be 4-5cm) Then you can play by adding almonds, other desired nuts or even more chocolate on top. Now put in the oven for 10-12 min, they should have a nice crust on top!
Enjoy your meal!
