10 inch cast iron pan or skillet
- ⅓ tbsp olive oil
- 10 inch cast iron pan or skillet
Oil the 10 inch cast iron skillet.

Press the dough around the pan and flatten it, so that it covers the entire pan. Make sure there are no air bubbles.

Spread about the cooked seasoned beef over the pizza evenly.
Bake the pizza in a preheated 550 degree oven until the crust is golden brown and crisp. About 12 to 15 minutes.

During the last 2 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the Mexican cheese evenly over the top of the beef.
- 2⅔ oz shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1⅓ oz shredded cheddar cheese
- ⅛ cup sliced grape tomatoes
Take the pizza out of the oven and immediately top with the shredded iceberg lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, and the sliced grape tomatoes. Cut into 4-6 slices and serve.
