  • Taco night just got tastier.

    • 250 g ground beef
    • ½ onion
    • ½ yellow bell pepper
    • ½ green bell pepper
    • 1 tsp taco seasoning
    • ½ chili
    • salt
    • frying pan
    • knife
    • cutting board
    • cooking spoon

    Sear the ground beef in a frying pan. Dice the onion and bell pepper. Add the diced vegetables, taco seasoning, and salt to the ground beef and mix well. Then, stir in the finely chopped red chili and fry the mixture for approx. 5 min. until the vegetables are slightly soft.

    • 75 g baby spinach
    • 200 g canned diced tomatoes
    • 100 g shredded cheddar cheese

    Stir in the fresh spinach until it collapses. Then, add the strained tomatoes (with chunks) and bring everything to a simmer. Add the grated cheddar to the mixture and stir until the cheese is completely melted.

    • scallion (for garnish)

    Serve the mixture hot. Garnish with chopped spring onions and sour cream.
