fresh yeast

sugar
Step 1/3
- 300 g flour
- 200 ml warm water
- 20 g fresh yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
Put the flour to the bowl and make a hole in the middle. Divide fresh yeast into small pieces and put them to the hole. Add sugar and a small amount of warm water. Slowly mix together and let rise for 10 minutes.
Step 2/3
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Combine together - add olive oil, salt and the rest of water. If needed add more water or flour. Knead together into a smooth dough. Let it rise in fridge for few hours.
Step 3/3
When the dough raised nicely, divide into two and make a pizza. Bake in oven on 240 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
