"This is a great recipe for pizzas. Also, when you rest the dough, instead of putting it in the oven or covering it with blankets, try doing it this way! Microwave a cup filled about halfway for 4 min. Then, put it in a corner and put your bowl with the dough inside the microwave. Close the door and just wait until your time is up. This works really well and you can use this tip for other recipes too!"

  • Step 1/3

    • ⅞ cups bread flour
    • Âœ tsp sugar
    • Âœ tsp active dry yeast
    • ⅜ cup ice water
    • Âœ tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    • liquid measuring cup
    • medium bowl
    • wooden spoon
    • kitchen towel

Combine the ice water with olive oil. In a medium bowl, add flour, yeast, and sugar. Mix well then add the water mixture. Mix well with a wooden spoon until the dough comes together. Let it rest, covered, for 10 min.

  • Step 2/3

After the dough rested for 10 min, sprinkle salt over the dough and knead again, this time with your hand, until it is smooth. Then, you can store the dough in the fridge for up to 24 hours and make pizza later, or rest it in a warm place for 1 hour ~ 1 1/2 hour and make pizza.

  • Step 3/3

    Enjoy!

  • Enjoy your meal!
