active dry yeast
150 ml
water
1 tbsp
olive oil

salt
  • Step 1/3

    • 1 tsp active dry yeast
    • 150 ml active dry yeast

    Add yeast to warm water, leave for 10-15 minutes.

  • Step 2/3

    • 250 g bread flour
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 5 g salt

    Mix in flour, olive oil and salt to form a soft dough.

  • Step 3/3

    Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes. Leave to rise in a warm place for at least an hour (until it has doubled in size).
