- 4 oz cheese
- 6 oz onions
- 4 oz tomatoes
- 4 oz jalapeños
Dice onions, tomatoes, and jalapeños. Grate cheese if applicable. Set aside.
Prepare chicken by trimming fatty regions and running through cold water.
Pour a dab of oil onto a pan. Sauté minced garlic and half of the diced onions on medium heat for 5 minutes.

- chili powder
- cayenne pepper
- ground cumin
Lay chicken flat onto pan, and season to taste. Cook for roughly 15 minutes on each side over medium heat.
Shred the fully cooked chicken with onions.
- 4 oz refried beans
- 16 oz Corn
While chicken is cooking, warm up the corn and refried beans.
- 1 bag flour tortilla
- 4 oz salsa
Warm up flour tortillas. Create and customize burritos. The ingredients do not need to be strictly followed.
