    Wash lentil a few times until water is clear; soak in water for at least 4 hours

  • Step 2/10

    • Broth cow tail

    Take broth out

  • Step 3/10

    • 4 stalks celery
    • 1 carrots

    Wash, dry and cut into cubes

    • ginger
    • cloves garlic
    • 1 Chili pepper
    • ½ onion
    • ½ Curcuma
    • Hand mixer food processor

    Peel and cut spices, blend with hand mixer

  • Step 5/10

    Heat pot with oil, fry spices with low heat for 5 min

  • Step 6/10

    Add vegetable into oil and fry for 10 min

  • Step 7/10

    • 1 bay leaves
    • tsp Cumin powder

    Add bay leaves, cumin

  • Step 8/10

    • tomatoes
    • Hand mixer food processor

    Cut tomatoes and shred into liquid, pour into pot

  • Step 9/10

    • 150 g lentils

    Add lentils to pot, bring to boil, then simmer for 45-60 min

  • Step 10/10

    • 2 tsp salt
    • Black pepper ground

    Add salt and pepper to taste
