Sindhi-Style Spicy Mutton

Step 1/4
- 1 onion
- 1 green chili
- 2 cloves garlic
- oil

- Pressure Cooker
- spatula
Finely chop the onion and green chili. chop the garlic. Heat the oil in pressure cooker, add onion and keep stirring it and sauté till it’s red/brown color. Add garlic and green chili and sauté for 2minutes more.
Step 2/4
- 400 g lamb legs
Add mutton and stir it well for 3minutes... add 75ml water and close the pressure cooker lid on medium heat for 10minutes...
Step 3/4
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp hot paprika powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 ml water
- 100 g tomato purée (passata)
Put off the heat and open the pressure cooker, make sure water is less or none, add tomato purée(tip: less tomato will make it taste better) salt,ground coriander, hot paprika powder, garam Masala stir it well and sauté for 3-5minutes. Add the remaining water and close the pressure cooker lid on medium heat for 15minutes.
Step 4/4
- cilantro (for garnish)
Let the pressure cooker rest for 10mins till the pressure is out by itself. Open it and add cilantro for garnish.
