zucchini

chili pepper

black cumin seeds
3 tbsp
coconut oil
½ tsp
ground turmeric
½ tsp
salt
1 tsp
sugar
1 tbsp
unsweetened coconut flake
Step 1/ 4
- 1 zucchini
- 1 chili pepper
Chop zucchini and chili pepper.
Step 2/ 4
- 1 tsp black cumin seeds
Heat coconut oil in a pan and add black cumin. Allow black cumin flavor to be released into the oil.
Step 3/ 4
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
Add zucchini and chili pepper and coat in black cumin. Spice with turmeric, salt and sugar.
Step 4/ 4
- 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flake
At last add coconut flakes and stir gently. Remove from heat. Serve with rice and curry.
