"This was the dish my late Poppop came up with, I just tweaked it to my taste. It’s an easy and quick dish to make, and usually leaves a couple days worth of leftovers!! Reheats and eats well the days following! Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!!"

  • Step 1/4

    • 1⅓ cups Macaroni elbow noodles

    • slotted spoon (optional)
    • wooden spoon

First, fill your pot with water, enough to fully cover 4 cups of macaroni. Than in a pan, start cooking separately your ground beef. Adding in your salt, pepper and other listed seasoning to taste. Cook till browned.

  • Step 2/4

    • lbs ground beef

Once the ground beef is cooked, drain it and set it aside while waiting for the macaroni to finish cooking.

  • Step 3/4

    • package Alfredo sauce

Drain and rinse macaroni. Add back into the pot, stir in Alfredo sauce. Than stir in ground beef.
