Grandpas famous pork chops
Ingredients
Utensils
baking sheet, wire rack, bowl, frying pan, oven
Step 1/ 6
- 2 boneless pork chops
- baking sheet
- wire rack
Place a wired rack on a backing sheet and place your pork chops on top, then set aside
Step 2/ 6
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- ½ tsp Cinnamon

To make the pork rub combine ground cumin,chili powder,curry powder,black pepper,brown sugar,salt,mustard powder,cinnamon in a small bowl.

Put a generous amount of the rub on each pork chop, gently pat each pork chop to make sure the rub stays on

- ⅔ cups panko breadcrumbs (for breading)
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- frying pan
Toast the Panko breadcrumbs in a frying pan with a tablespoon of olive oil, until nice and brown.

Next put the bread crumbs on each pork chop, again patting it gently to somewhat pack the bread crumbs. Then bake at 250 Degrees Fahrenheit for an hour or until the internal temperature is 150 DegreesFahrenheit

Enjoy! I chose to serve mine with smashed potatoes and a salad, but you can serve however you like
