¼ cup Onions, minced
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 lbs Lean ground beef
Eggs
¾ cup Bread crumbs
½ cup Whole milk
⅛ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
2 tsp Onion powder
½ tsp Garlic powder

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
    • 2 lbs Lean ground beef
    • Eggs
    • ¾ cup Bread crumbs
    • ½ cup Whole milk
    • ⅛ tsp Salt
    • ½ tsp Pepper
    • 2 tsp Onion powder
    • ½ tsp Garlic powder

    Add ingredients to a large bowl. Mix until blended together in the bowl. You can use a spatula or your clean hands.

    Shape beef mixture into 1 to 2-inch meatballs; place on baking sheet.
