• cut peppers into strips & onions in ring style
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• caramel the onions in a small pan with sugar and Worcestershire sauce
- 8 slices smoked bacon
- 1 red bell pepper
Brown the peppers on a teppanyaki or in a wok and the bacon in a pan
- 4 beef hamburger patties
Cook the Burger patties in a pan/teppanyaki or oven to your liking
- 2 eggs
- 4 slices cheese
Cook eggs sunny side up. Do not overcook to let a runny yolk. At the same time, put the cheese slices on the burgers while cooking.
- 2 burger buns
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
Butter the buns and put the down in a pan to brown. This will harden the bun and will keep from getting soggy later. Mix the ketchup and mustard together to spread on the bun when ready
