Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie

In a bowl, combine brown sugar, caster sugar and butter and beat until sugar specks disappear.
Step 2/6
- ⅛ egg
- ⅜ drops vanilla extract
Add one whole egg and 2-3 drops of vanilla extract and mix well
Step 3/6
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
Next, sift 1 & half cups flour and baking soda together and mix gently.
Step 4/6
- 31¼ g chocolate chips
Lastly, add chocolate chunks of your choice (i like dark) and fold gently. Cover with a cling wrap and refrigerate for atleast 30 minutes to an hour.
Step 5/6
Preheat oven to 180°C. Scoop out the batter on a baking sheet and bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes.
Step 6/6
Remove from the oven and place them on a cooling rack. Serve warm with chilled milk or vanilla ice cream
