Line 2 stoneware baking sheets

- ⅛ tsp baking powder

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl

In separate bowl, melt butter

- ⅛ eggs (large)
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
- whisk
Whisk together sugar and wet ingredients with butter

Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients

- ⅛ cup raisin
Stir and fold in oats and raisins

Once batter mixed, chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Spread round tablespoon sized scooped balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets

Bake 10-11 minutes. Cookies should be puffed, golden, and appear a touch under baked.
