  • Step 1/10

    • 1 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)

    Un thaw the chicken and cut whole breast in half. Roll out halfves to make thinner, then season with seasonings.

  • Step 2/10

    • 2 eggs
    • ½ cup flour
    • ¾ cups panko breadcrumbs
    • Parmesan for seasoning
    • ½ cup Parmesan cheese

    In three medium-size bowls, have flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs (seasoned with Italian seasoning, parmesan seasoning, and a sprinkle of paprika) set aside.

  • Step 3/10

    Using hands dip chicken breast into the flour and shake lightly, then the egg mixture, and then the breadcrumb mixture. Over parchment paper/paper towel lightly press breadcrumbs using roller.  complete this process for all chicken breast and wait 10 minutes.

    Bring water to a boil according to spaghetti box instructions.  add a touch of olive oil and sprinkle of salt. 

  • Step 5/10

    In a medium pot bring marinara sauce to medium heat. 

  • Step 6/10

    In a large frying pan bring some vegetable oil over medium heat. 

  • Step 7/10

    If spaghetti pot is brought to a boil add spaghetti noodles and cook for 10 minutes.

    Once frying oil is warm add chicken breast and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Before flipping on other side add a little bit of butter to the pan. 

  • Step 9/10

    Once spaghetti is done drain and add A touch of olive oil salt and pepper in a little bit of parsley, basil leaves.

  • Step 10/10

    Once chicken is done put in a pan and add chicken breast with about half of the marinara sauce and Parmesan on top and broil for a few minutes.
