Broccoli Pasta
"This recipe is super easy and quick to make, great for those days when you are on a rush, but still want to have a proper meal. I steamed the broccoli a while ago, and froze it, which makes the process a bit quicker. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do! For any questions, don’t doubt to write them in the comment section. Step 1/5
- 250 g pasta, cooked
Prepare pasta according to package instructions, and save two tablespoons of pasta water.

- 1 green onion
- 1 tbsp oil

Coat the bottom of a pot with oil, and add finely sliced green onion. Fry until lightly transluscent

- 400 g broccoli, steamed
Add roughly chopped broccoli, and season with salt and pepper.

- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp pasta water
After about ten minutes of cooking, add pasta water, heavy cream and shredded parmesan cheese. Stir until creamy, then cook for about five more minutes

Toss pasta into pot, and stir until combined. Serve hot, and enjoy!
