Prepare pasta according to package instructions, and save two tablespoons of pasta water.
Coat the bottom of a pot with oil, and add finely sliced green onion. Fry until lightly transluscent
Add roughly chopped broccoli, and season with salt and pepper.
After about ten minutes of cooking, add pasta water, heavy cream and shredded parmesan cheese. Stir until creamy, then cook for about five more minutes
Toss pasta into pot, and stir until combined. Serve hot, and enjoy!
