Cut the bacon into narrow strips. Now chop the parsley with stems. Then finely grate the parmesan cheese.
In a large pot, bring plenty of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add bacon and fry until golden brown and crispy.
Add frozen peas to the bacon and shake the pan vigorously. After about 1 minute, stir in the cream along with the butter. Add the cooked pasta to the pan with a bit of the cooking water. Then pour in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Let the pasta simmer briefly and remove from heat.
Finally, fold in the parmesan cheese and the chopped parsley. To finish, sprinkle the pasta with cress and enjoy 👌 😋.
