Finely dice the garlic and shallots. Halve the lemon and coarsely chop the wild garlic. Finely grate the parmesan cheese. Put a pot with water and salt for the pasta on to heat.
Season the shrimp with salt. Heat a pan with oil and fry the shrimp on both sides for 1 min. and remove from the pan afterwards. Now sauté the diced onion and garlic until they are translucent.
Immediately deglaze with lemon. Next, add the cream and crème fraîche and simmer slowly until it reaches the right consistency.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta. After about 8 min., add the pasta to the sauce and stir well. Keep some pasta water in case you need some more liquid for the sauce. Then add the parmesan, wild garlic and shrimp to the pasta and toss well.
Finally, season everything with salt and pepper and serve.😋🤤
