150 g peas
100 g white currants
shallot
1 tsp grainy mustard
20 g honey
150 g feta cheese
1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar condimento
4 tbsp olive oil
5 g mint
salt
pepper

    Peel the shallot and cut into fine cubes. Cut off the ends of the beans and blanch them in boiling salted water for 4 min. Add the peas and cook for another 1 min. Then drain and rinse in ice water.
