Green bean and pea salad with white currants
Ingredients

Step 1/ 3
- ½ shallot
- 200 g beans
- 75 g peas
- pot

Peel the shallot and cut into fine cubes. Cut off the ends of the beans and blanch them in boiling salted water for 4 min. Add the peas and cook for another 1 min. Then drain and rinse in ice water.
Step 2/ 3
- ½ tsp grainy mustard
- 10 g honey
- ½ tbsp white balsamic vinegar condimento
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- whisk
- bowl (small)
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and add the diced shallots.
Step 3/ 3
- 75 g feta cheese
- 50 g white currants
- 2½ g mint
Arrange the beans and peas on a large plate. Top with feta cheese and currants and garnish with mint.
