1 head romaine heart
½ baguette
½ lemon
mini cucumbers
1 clove garlic
1 tsp mustard
30 g Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp full-fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
olive oil
1 pinch sugar

    Tear the baguette into bite-sized pieces and fry in a pan with approx. 3 tbsp. olive oil until golden brown. Then drain on a paper towel and season with salt.

    For the dressing, peel the garlic clove and finely grate the parmesan cheese. Then blend finely with the remaining ingredients in a measuring cup using an immersion blender. If the dressing is too thick, you can add a little water to dilute it. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
