"Made this out of the blue. As we had a lot of croissants in the cupboard. So, I thought I make a quick dessert inspired by a bread and butter pudding recipe."

    Layer the croissant, and add some dried fruit of your choice (raisins was used for this recipe) and add fruit cocktail (or can add other fruits if preferred or maybe chocolate.
