Cut croissants in half.
combine all wet ingredients.
Add ground cinnamon to the egg mixture.
Layer the croissant, and add some dried fruit of your choice (raisins was used for this recipe) and add fruit cocktail (or can add other fruits if preferred or maybe chocolate.
Spread the egg mixture onto the croissant layers.
Sprinkle some brown sugar on top for a crispy texture on top (or can also add some nuts or other toppings of choice).
Bake in the oven (180 degrees celcius) for an hour or until cooked (just check with toothpick).
The top should be crispy and soft on the inside. :)
Enjoy on its own or add some cream, creme fraiche, ice cream, yoghurt, or any preferred side.
