1 tsp honey
Β½ tsp mustard
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
30 g olive oil

    Wash the lettuce, strawberries, and herbs. Spin the lettuce and herbs dry. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stalk from the strawberries and halve.
