"A quick, super seasonal salad using lettuces and herbs from my mom's garden. For the mixed herbs, you can use any "soft" herbs, but in this case I used mint, garden cress, salad burnet, dill, chickweed, borage flowers, pea shoots, and cornflowers. If you can not get these special herbs, chervil, parsley, and chives also work well."

    Wash the lettuce, strawberries, and herbs. Spin the lettuce and herbs dry. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stalk from the strawberries and halve.

Spread the leaf lettuce on a large plate, top with strawberries and generously drizzle all with dressing. Garnish with the herbs and sunflower seeds. And there you go! Enjoy making the salad!
