Ham and Tomato Quiche

Pre heat oven to 200°c (400°f)
Lightly grease 20-25cm quiche dish and roll out pastry and transfer to quiche dish and blind bake for 10-15 minutes until slightly golden
While blind baking quiche crust in oven start to chop ham into small cubes along with onion and slice the cherry tomatoes in half
Take pie crust out of oven just before it is golden in colour
Mix together the ham, onion, tomatoes, flour, salt and pepper in a small bowl
Transfer dry mixture onto the quiche crust in pie crust
Wash out bowl and place in eggs and whisk together with a fork so the yokes and whites have completely combined and add milk and continue to whisk until eggs and milk have completely combined together
Poor egg mixture on top of dry ingredients and then place in oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden in colour
Take out of oven and cool off slightly and serve with a light salad of your choice
