|75 g||Parmesan cheese|
Quarter tomatoes, thinly slice onion, mince garlic, and grate Parmesan cheese.
Add onion, garlic, tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, farro, and water to a pot. Let cook for approx. 25 min., stirring occasionally, until water is almost completely absorbed and farro is cooked through. Serve immediately and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
