White chocolate and berry popsicles

- 60 g heavy cream
- 20 g sweetened condensed milk
- 2 bowls

In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with half of the whipped cream until smooth. Gently fold in the remaining whipped cream to keep the mixture light and airy.

- 20 g blueberries
- 20 g blackberries
- 20 g white chocolate chips
- lemon zest (for garnish)

Fold the blueberries, blackberries, and white chocolate chips into the cream mixture. Add the lemon zest to give the ice cream a fresh citrus note.

- popsicle stick
Evenly pour the mixture into the popsicle molds. Insert the popsicle sticks and place them in the freezer for approx. 5 hrs. (or overnight) until completely firm.
