Mango-lime nice cream

- 1½ bananas (frozen)
- ½ mango
- 5 g ginger
- ½ lime

Peel and dice the mango. Place the frozen bananas together with the mango cubes, peeled ginger, and the juice of one lime into a blender. Blend on high speed until completely creamy and smooth.

Line a baking pan with cling film to make it easier to remove the sorbet later. Pour the fruit mixture evenly into the pan and smooth it out. Grate the lime zest evenly over the surface.
Step 3/3
Place the pan in the freezer for approx. 5 hrs. until the sorbet is firm. Let it thaw slightly before serving, then cut into pieces or scoop into balls and enjoy ice-cold.
