    • 33⅓ ml water

    Put the dates in a bowl, pour water over them and let them soak for approx. 30 min.

    Blend the dates together with the water.

    • 16⅔ g sunflower seeds
    • 33⅓ g rolled oats
    • pinch salt
    • tsp ground cinnamon
    • tsp chia seeds

    Mix the ground almonds, sunflower seeds, rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.

    Add the date puree and canola oil to the dry ingredients and mix well.

    Transfer the mixture to a baking tray with parchment paper and spread to a thickness of approx. 1–1,5 cm. Bake in the oven at 200°C/90°F top/bottom heat on the middle rack for approx. 30 min.

    Remove and let cool completely. Then cut into granola bars (about 12 pieces).
