- 29⅛ g flour
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tbsp sugar
- 7⅞ g margarine (cold)
Mix all dry ingredients and chop cold vegan butter into small cubes. Rub butter-cubes into flour-mix until you have breadcrumb-like texture.

- 12½ ml unsweetened plant-based milk
Pour in the cold plant-milk gradually and mix until the dough comes together.
Step 3/ 4
Roll out the dough on a dusty surface and cut out the scones. Place them on a lined baking sheet and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 425F (200C, fan). Bake the scones for 8-9 minutes until golden brown.
