5 tsp non-fat Greek yogurt
4 bars surimi sticks
1 tsp mirin
1 tsp soy sauce
45 g cabbages
45 g cucumbers
2 pinches ground black Pepper
1 pinch garlic powder

    • 5 tsp non-fat Greek yogurt
    • 1 tsp mirin
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 2 pinches ground black Pepper
    • 1 pinch garlic powder

    Add mirin, soy sauce, garlic powder and black pepper to greek yogurt. Mix well.

    • 4 bars surimi sticks
    • 45 g cabbages
    • 45 g cucumbers

    Add diced cucumbers, cabbage and surimi to the yogurt mix. Mix well so all vegetables are coated.
