    • 3 cloves garlic

    Peel onions and garlic. Dice onion and mince garlic.

    Heat olive oil in a large pot set over medium heat. Add garlic and onion and sauté until translucent.

    • 400 g canned crushed tomatoes
    • 1 tbsp dried oregano
    • ½ tbsp dried thyme
    • ½ tbsp dried basil

    Add tomato paste and continue to sauté until caramelized. Add both the whole-peeled and crushed tomatoes, oregano, thyme, and basil. Reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for approx. 30 min.
