Transfer red cabbage slices onto a parchement-lined baking sheet and brush with garlic-oil mixture.

Bake at 160°C/320°F for approx. 20 min. Afterwards, remove from the oven and spread goat cheese onto red cabbage slices. Drizzle maple syrup on top and keep baking for approx. 5 min.. or until the goat cheese turn lightly brown.
