Cook pasta in plenty of salted water for approx. 12 min.
Step 2/3
- 150 g full-fat Greek yogurt
- 125 g arugula
- 20 g basil
- 50 g almonds
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- almond
- food processor
Blend arugula, basil, almonds, yogurt, lemon juice, parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth
Step 3/3
- 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
- fine grater
Serve with parmesan cheese.
