Preheat oven to 180 and line 9” square baking tray with parchment paper
Melt together the butter and dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of boiling water or in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until melted. Leave to the side to cool to room temp
Whisk the eggs and light brown sugar for a few minutes until the colour has turned pale, is very mousse like and double the amount of the mixture originally.
Once it is whisked, pour the cooled chocolate mix over the eggs and fold together very carefully be sure not to knock the air out of the mixture.
Once completely combined, sift the cocoa powder and plain flour on too of the mix and then fold together again. Making sure not to knock out the air.
Once fully combined fold through the kinder chocolate and kinder bueno pieces and pour into prepared tin. Put into the oven and bake for 25-30 mins. Once baked leave to cool and then cut into squared.
