Pour sesame oil to a hot pan and add chop garlic, until fragrant.
Add kimchi, you can cut it smaller up to your preference, I bought mine in asian supermarket. Don’t overcook.
Add Bok choy and stir in. Or you can add any green leaves that you like.
Add rice , soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Fried 1 egg, and put it above kimchi fried rice. I like it when i cut the egg yolk and it melt to my fried rice.
