Mix egg with sugar and whisk until thick and creamy
Add flour, mix it and pour the milk
Add salt and baking powder , mix it well and cover the batter with plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, add vanilla extract and baking soda. Mix it but do not over whisk
Heat up nonstick pan, make sure it is really hot and turn down the heat before pouring the batter, cook in a low heat. Turn your pan to make the batter crispy around the edge.
Close the pan, but give some air to the batter. Once you see a lot of bubbles / pores on the surface , it’s almost done. Check the skin and don’t overcooked
Scrape out, spread the margarine, cut into a half . sprinkle with cheese and chocolate. Stack the pancake to make a half round shape, and slice it. Enjoy
