Homemade royal icing

Whisk egg white with sugar and water for approx. 2 min. In a bowl, or until a thick, creamy glaze is produced. The texture should be similar to pancake batter. For elaborate embellishments or to write letters, simply thicken with a little more sugar. For a large area application, dilute the glaze with water. Fill in a piping bag and decorate as you wish!
