    Coarsely chop spinach. Grate garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry garlic for a few seconds. Add spinach and water, cover with lid and fry over medium-high heat for approx. 3–5 min. until spinach starts to wilt.

    Purée spinach using an immersion blender. Add room temperature butter and our DRESSING UP seasoning to a bowl and add the spinach purée. Place in a container or in the covered bowl and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with bread, for grilling or as a spread.
