Flour work surface and knead dough. Quarter dough using a sharp knife. Continue to knead and then lightly flatten each quarter and halve.
Roll each piece into a small log, and cut into 8 walnut-sized pieces. Gently dust dough pieces.
Flatten each dough piece with the palm of your hand. Using a rolling pin, roll each piece into a small round. Turn the dough while rolling the pin back and forth until desired thickness is achieved. Enjoy with your favorite filling!
