Hearts of palm - can
chopped tomatoes
½ chopped red onion
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
4 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp dried seaweed sheets (shredded, for garnish)
cayenne pepper (for sprinkling)
1 tsp salt

    • Hearts of palm - can
    • chopped tomatoes
    • ½ chopped red onion
    • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
    • 4 tbsp lime juice
    • cayenne pepper (for sprinkling)
    • 1 tsp salt
    • bowl

    Mix all the ingredients of the ceviche in a bowl until well combined.

    Marinate in the fridge covered for at least 1 hour

  • Step 3/3

    • 2 tbsp dried seaweed sheets (shredded, for garnish)

    Keep in a sealed container in the fridge for 1 to 2 days.
