Healthy vegetables meat-Soya bean
Ingredients
Step 1/3
- 2 onions
- 5 cloves garlic (grated)
- ½ slice ginger
- 2 Onion leaves
- ½ tsp fennel seed
- ½ tbsp olive oil (for frying)
Add olive oil when it’s get heated add the fennel seeds,onion,onion leaves,ginger and garlic slices and fry it until everything changed into light brown colors.
Step 2/3
- 474 ml Soya bean
- 1 slice tomato
Next add the Tomate and the soya bean and close the lid until soya bean gets cooked well.
Step 3/3
- 400 g canned chickpeas
- 200 ml coconut milk
- ½ tbsp Capsicum powder
- ½ tbsp curry powder
- ½ tbsp Coriander powder
When the soya bean is cooked,add the capsicum powder,curry powder,coriander powder,salt and the coconut milk.close the lid until everything cooked.5 minutes later add the chick peas and again close the lid so that everything will mix it and gives a good taste and aroma.you add the water if you want more consistency.
