Green Thai Curry
- 133⅓ g broccoli
- 133⅓ g bean sprouts
- 1⅓ garlic
- ⅔ onion
Cut all the vegetables.
- 100 g rice
Boil rice to serve the curry with
- ⅔ dash ground cinnamon
Fry the vegetables in a pan for about 2-3 minutes and add a little bit of water. Put in the cinnamon
- 166⅔ ml coconut milk
- ⅓ package Thai green curry paste
Add curry paste and then add the coconut milk.
Lower the flame and let it simmer until the desired consistency.
Serve the Curry with rice
