The fruity white wine matches the flavors of this dish extremely well.
Wash tomatoes and halve crossways. Peel and finely chop garlic and basil leaves. Crumble feta cheese.
Place halved tomatoes in cooking container with cut side facing up. Top with chopped garlic, season with salt and pepper, and spread basil and feta cheese on top.
