How to prepare garlic
3 ways to steam vegetables

- 4 large tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 10 g basil
- 100 g feta cheese
- cutting board
Wash tomatoes and halve crossways. Peel and finely chop garlic and basil leaves. Crumble feta cheese.

Place halved tomatoes in cooking container with cut side facing up. Top with chopped garlic, season with salt and pepper, and spread basil and feta cheese on top.
- Turkish flatbread for serving

Steam for approx. 5 min. at 100°C/210°F. If desired, serve with roasted Turkish flatbread. Enjoy!
