Ingredients

Just like potato pancakes, roll potatoes into balls with hands then squashing them into circles. Let stand 2hrs. Cool to room temperature

Season potato pancakes with sriracha, salt, and Panko breadcrumbs
Step 3/ 5
Bread potato pancakes with remaining 1/2 bag panko breadcrumbs, and an egg
Step 4/ 5
Deep fry potato pancakes (or full potato wedges) in olive oil for 5 minutes each side or until golden brown
Step 5/ 5
