Falafel
Ingredients
Utensils
bowl, oven, oven rack, blender
Step 1/ 2
- 46⅞ g canned chickpeas (drained)
- 8¾ g bread
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ g pepper
- ¼ tsp ground coriander
- 6¼ g rolled oats
- ⅜ onions
- ⅜ cloves garlic
- ¼ sprigs rosemary
- ¼ tbsp dried cranberries
- ⅛ chili
- bowl
Drain the chickpeas and add to a big bowl. Tear bread into small pieces and add them. Chop onion, garlic and the chili and add them together with all other ingredients.
Step 2/ 2
- oven
- oven rack
- blender
Blend the ingredients and form them into tiny balls. The mixture is very moist. If it is too hard for you to roll them, you can add more oats but it will make them taste drier as well. Place onto an oven rack and start the oven to 200 degree Celsius, no preheating needed. Bake for at least 25 min.
Enjoy your meal!
